Some business un the Hy61 struggle to get customers, and this is one of them. I share some of the concerns expresarse voy a precios customer recently.
Was told to pull to the front that the Orange Chicken would be "about 2 minutes" waited for about 15-20 and went in to ask. 3 Employees sitting in the dining room playing on phones and eating. When one of them felt like it they got up and very annoyed grabbed me my bag of cold food. Something was wrong with the order and when I went in to ask about it I was told I was wrong. I usually give them a chance about once a month because I like the food, and they generally let me down with a long wait. But the wait coupled with the attitude of the employee were enough for me, probably won't be going back.
This location is convenient on the way out of town... At high traffic times a left turn back into town is difficult, but there are work-around.
I am a truck driver and I eat at quite a few panda express across United States I actually live here in Muscatine and this is one of the worst panda express is I have ever eaten at!! The food is like it has been in the warmer for quite some time, the people are always on their cell phones, and while on their phones they are dishing up your food without washing hands I will never eat at this panda express again nor will my family!! Highly disappointed!!
Their standard "bowl" serving is about 65% rice and 35% entre. I'd like an option/upgrade to reverse the ratio.
They are still new to this area and I expect good things from them in the future but at the moment there food is still lower in quality then other panda express's found in other areas. But there food is not bad by any means and I love to eat there. They are still newer in this area so don't expect perfection when it's employee's haven't gotten it all down pat yet
