People who work there are very good and consideret.
Awesome food. My favorite being their roast beef sandwich. Food has always been good and warm but often notice young man behind countertop always working extra hard because they always seem to be short staffed.
Arby's as a chain and this store in particular are cyclic. Right now the Muscatine store is at the top of their game and doing an amazing job. It is clean, the food is great, and the food preparation wait is tolerable.
The food was good, but the roast beef sandwiches were not warm. The young man at the counter was a very good associate. There was a woman who appeared to be a manager who did not smile and did not seem friendly. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but, I think that front end people should be friendly.
Austin was very polite, excellent customer service, food was good and fresh and quick service. Nice and warm on a cold night!
