Love the people and the help I get at Muscatine Verizon Wirless!
Been there to many times at least 6 times for same problem. Same answer every time! Sounds like a recording !!!!!
Customer service at Muscatine Verizon is always great. Unfortunately the store is often busy and there is generally a 10-minute wait.
The employees are great and knowledgeable. They showed me how to use the pay yourself kiosk. Very handy. Or you can pay at the desk. Handy, and convient plenty of parking.
Chris is the best! He helps me choose the right plan and product for our family keeping our budget in mind but yet hooking us up with the best technology. We always go to Chris! Everyone there is very helpful though.
