My wife and I were very pleased with the results. Polly was a good listener, and took good notes in our wishes. As our gravesite was a vacancy on my parents plot, we wanted to get a monument that fit one site, look like it belonged on the total site, and marker that could show that three of us would be there. She and husband reviewed the site, and suggested which site (of 3 possible) and designed the stone and suggested granite to use.. after a couple of other ideas, we went right back to their original suggestion, picked our choice of stone and engraving, and they did the rest (all without meeting each other) . A few months later, we visited the site, and were extremely happy with the look of the monument and the installation. The experience was as good as it gets.
