Helpful friendly staff. Price is good. Pool being redone is only bad.
Pet fee is very reasonable. The rooms are a good size and prices are decent. They offer a military discount. At first glance, the hotel is nice despite being quite dated but there is a lot of dirt and grime that needs to be addressed on walls and in the bathroom. I will be refusing to use the tub tonight. The floor is greasy in the bathroom and shines from it. The pillows on the bed look like they belong on a toddler bed. The ceiling is filthy in here. If I had anywhere else this late I would ask for a refund.

The staff was great, I was immediately disgusted when I walked in the room. the pillows were smaller then the throw pillows on my couch. The Towels were thin and cheep and barley there. The ice machine was broken and there was a half gallon of ice cream in it. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower.The first room we were in, stunk so bad. it made me feel ill, I burned a candle all night . The entrance is very nice, but walk a little way down the hall and see the difference . I got up at 8:30 for breakfast and there was no hot items, I had to ask for them. There was no toaster for the bread and beagles. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired it seemed as if none. .they gave us another room, slightly better. trouble with credit card running..they ended up charging us 2 xs what they said. more, but to much to write. I feel I was deceived by the look of the building. I feel I should be reimbursed totally for all of the problems, now I have to try to get 2 bank accounts fixed.I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone stay there.
Have been here 5 minutes and if I could give it 0 stars I would. It's Christmas Eve, the pool doesn't even have water in it which they failed to tell us until after we checked in. The window frames in our room have a good 1/2" gap with freezing cold air coming in.
Lat Year when we stayed her we were given 3 DIRTY ROOMS an not comped 1 DAMN DIME!!
On Saturday December 30th we stayed at this Roach Motel. I should have drove home!!!! When reservation was made we were told Pool was in working order. Only to arrive and find it was under repair and had been for quite some time! Asked for 3 room side by side. We were separate. Our first room we killed 5 ROACHES!! I went to the desk to complain. Was moved to another room. This room too had ROACHES!! Plus there was no battery in the smoke detector. My sister who also stayed here the same night was put in a room that had feces on the bed skirt and mattress. She was moved across the hall to a room that also had roaches! At this point it was 2 am and she has 3 children 3 and under. She was not moving again. My Mother who was also a paying guest this night had the best experience. He room was clean and free of any visible roaches. but, at 8:30 in the morning as she was getting out of bed, she heard the door open. Assuming it was my sister or I she yelled out Hello! Only to look up and see a Black man in an ORANGE SWEATSHIRT and a Walkie Talkie high tailing it out of her room!! I guess the "Staff" come in and does random room checks with out even knocking! When I went to the front desk to check out the next morning I found the "attendant" ASLEEP at the desk. When I told her how wonderful our stay was and we would never come back again she looked at me like I was singing a Japanese opera. NEVER AGAIN!!!
