Purchased some blinds at Muscatine Menards. I believe Brian helped me and cut blinds to fit the Windows. Brian has helped us many times. He has customer service mastered.

I am a roofing contractor and honestly my favorite store compare to home D or Lows manards is the best. Today I had the Worst experience in the last 10 years in this Muscatine store. I bought 50 sheets of osb, I asked to security guard to page someone because I needed help to load. I waited 20 min back there and nothing happened, I asked for help to 2 different employees for help and they were trying to avoid me I waited there 10 more min. Then one of them told me that I had to go inside to load the osb. I end up returning everything. And yes they were not busy at all 3 employees were just playing around. I drive my truck fast out the yard (my mistake) I was frustrated by seeing so much incompetence I even saw one other customer grabbing his own latter and reach for his " j" channel siding wich I believe is against safety policy form the store. Not buying building supplies from them anymore,NOT FROM MUSCATINE BRANCH.

Great experience for me they helped me find exactly what i needed and i didn't have to walk around looking for any one working in the lighting department!
