I am from Mississippi. My dear friend passed away and I needed something special to send. I called and a sweet girl answered the phone. I told her that I wasn't looking for flowers but something a little more special. She started describing items to me. I couldn't get a visual in my head so I asked if she could send me some pictures. She finished taking all of my personal information over the phone and then she immediately snapped a pic of the items and sent to me. I was able to make my choice and finish the transaction over text. I am so grateful that she took the time to make sure that I was happy and taken care of. Very professional and very caring. Thank you for helping me!
Very dissatisfied. They advertise as a floral delivery company but have no intention on even attempting to deliver unless they have a confirmed appointment that you will be at home. Has to be at their convenience...in the end we picked up the flowers ourselves.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service from this vendor. I purchased an order online for my wife's birthday and did not receive everything I paid for. I was missing two balloons and one was a wrong color. When I called to resolve the issue with them they told me that whatever site I used had the wrong pricing and that they sent me what I "could afford". They made no effort to correct the situation or apologize for sending a balloon color I did not order. Because of the poor service I will never use them again and have suggested the site I ordered from remove them as a vendor/delivery service. I do not recommend using them for anything especially if ordering online.
