Tried to turn in a phone here. Person said they did not know how to do it and said to go to another store where they might know how.
Trying to get our new phones started. We still had to go home and call custumer service.
Misty was very helpful and got me set up to switch my number off of my current family plan and on to my own plan and laid out the steps and went over my options for a new phone and table that were exactly what I was looking for.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lost my business.
