My experiences at Vision Center, PC have been excellent from the beginning. Staff are pleasant, efficient, and professional both over the phone and in person. The doctors are knowledgeable and personable, leaving no doubt that patients are receiving the best of care. The staff in charge of helping select frames know their products inside and out, and help even the most awkward and indecisive person feel comfortable and have fun. The facilities, equipment, and technology available are excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Vision Center, PC to anyone seeking top-of-the-line eye care and a first-class experience from the initial phone call to the friendly postcard reminding you it's time for your next exam.

I went to Vision Center, PC for the first time on Saturday morning. Several people in the area had recommended it highly. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. She had me fill out some initial paperwork, and within five minutes they called me back to one of the exam rooms. Morgan was a very sweet young lady, she administered the standard eye exam and then took me across the hall for a few more standard tests with some of the computers and high-tech eye cameras. A few minutes later, one of the optometrists came in to the exam room to go over my results. Dr. Walsh was personable, articulate, and was very clear in his recommendations and explaining my options. When I left the exam room, I looked at all of the eyeglasses and sunglasses they had to offer. It's a huge selection! I decided to buy a nice pair of designer sunglasses. Sandy was right there to answer my questions, and then she made a couple minor adjustments and I was on my way. It was a great experience, I will certainly be coming back.
Eye care from Vision Center PC is always excellent. And I love working with Dr. Walsh - I know that my eye care is in good hands. As an added plus, the ladies up front make trying on glasses a fun experience - which I have found to be uncomfortable at other places. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyes!
So pleased with Dr. Davis! I've never had an eye doctor before, so I didn't know what to do when my 2 year old daughter got poked in the eye and wouldn't open it on Christmas Eve...a friend recommended I call Vision Center. Dr. Davis called me back within 5 minutes of calling. He listened to everything I had to say, recommended at home treatment options and offered to meet me at the office any time I wanted if I was still concerned about her eye. SO IMPRESSED, thank you!
My daughter had her first eye exam today. Everyone made her happy from the front office to the back! The kindness of the staff and doctors was amazing. I am so glad we have a place in Muscatine that takes great care of our children's needs!
