Ridiculous! I have a reservation and they have no vehicles! How does this happen. My husband is stranded because of your companies incompetence.
Was supposed to pick up a car on the day after making arrangements. Car was not there. Was offered different car, needed an oil change. Ended up with vehicle (nice). Fourth day get a call have to bring the vehicle back because it was sold. Was supposed to get different vehicle, but when I dropped off the car, said vehicle not on premises. Bought a different vehicle that night.
Good rental , but sales people very pushy on selling there insurance .
