Service was a bit slow and they seemed preoccupied with some other things. All in all though the product was satisfactory and the folks working there were at least very nice! Would return.
Kristi the general manager has ZERO people skills, won't answer a SINGLE question, is quite rude, apparently is unable to be pleasant in any way - and refuses to address a regular customer's SIMPLE QUESTION. thanks for helping me to stop spending any money here.
Great coffee options. Tastes as good if not better than Starbucks and not outrageously priced like Starbucks. Plus love the friendly and customer oriented staff.
We had a huge order. One of the managers was helping us. He did an excellent job! He got our order done quickly and did it with a smile.
Service can be good depending on the person. Items are delicious as long as they make em the way i want them which can be hard. Half the time i have to retell them at the window that they are missing whip or drizzle.
Guess who made my coffee? Yep, guess who has not the coffee that he ordered? Yep still a one-star store
Everyone else is superfantastic awesome. Guess who still walks around with hateglare? Yup.
